Recipe - Beans Peanut powder fry
Ingredients:
Beans - 2 lbs (recommended - Fine French beans from Costco)
Peanuts - 200 gms
Red chilies - 10
Cummin - 2 spoons
Mustard & Corriander - 1 spoon each
Garlic - 6 cloves
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Corriander Powder, Cumin Powder, salt & Chillie Powder - half spoon each
After a few mins, the beans tend to let moisture out, add half spoon each of turmeric, salt, and chili powder. Mix it well and cover it with a lid if needed and let it fry for few more mins.

Clean the beans in running water and cut them into smaller pieces
Fry 1 spoon cumin, 6 curry leaves, coriander, 4 cloves of garlic, peanuts and 6 red chilies (break them into halves) in a pan without oil till they give good aroma.
Take the fried mixture into a plate and let it cool down for a while and take it into a blender and grind that into smaller pieces.
In the same pan, put 2 spoons of oil and add mustard, leftover cumin, garlic, curry leaves, chilies and fry for a while. Put chopped beans into the pan, fry for a while.
Add half spoon coriander & 1 spoon cumin powder and mix well let it fry for 2 mins and add the ground mixture to beans mix it uniformly and turn off the flame.
Beans Fry is ready to be served with Rice / Rasam or Rotis.
